How to Return?


MyMom offers its customers a ’15 DAYS FREE RETURN SERVICE’ wherein you can raise the return request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in you order.

  • 2. We will come to your doorstep.
  • 3. Simply handover the package to us.
  • 4. We will Refund the amount through the original payment mode.

In the rare case we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges upto 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have these details. These details can be sent to us via email us at or call us on 033-22882288 between 11 AM to 5 PM India Time.


  • 1. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
  • 2. Please note that any product along with a free gift/ combo must be returned in its entirety.
  • 3. If any or all products that were originally part of an order placed using a coupon or offer are returned then the coupon code/offer will no longer be applicable on the order. The benefit of the coupon/offer will also not be included in the refund. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer such as Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer have to be returned, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer.

No Returns/Exchanges accepted for the below mentioned Categories of Products :

  • Bath & Skin Care
  • Baby Diapering
  • Feeding & Nursing
  • Baby Food & Food Supplements

Return/Exchange Request for the above mentioned categories are only Accepted in rare cases when:

  • The Customer receives wrong item.
  • Product is damaged, out of date or with manufacturing/processing defects.


In case of duplicate payments, ie. If we receive payment twice for the same product, we will initiate the refund via the original payment source within 3 working days. Depending on the bank and the transaction time, the amount will be credited within 10 working days maximum. The refund process will be initiated once we have received the product back and we have completed all quality checks to ensure that the product is unused, in original packaging and in good condition, except of course for the issue described by you. We will refund the entire amount paid by you for the product through the original payment mode. Please Note: Shipping Charges and COD charges are not refundable.

How will you receive your Refund?

The receipt of your refund entirely depends on the mode of payment that you had opted for.

Credit Card/Net Banking/Debit Card- Reverse credit to the credit card or debit card/credit in your net-banking account would be initiated.

How long will the refund process take?

Refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. The receipt of the refund would solely depend on the mode of payment as chosen by you. To simplify the timeline, here's some quick help:
