1. I did not receive OTP on my phone while registering. What do I do?

2. I wishlisted a product few days back but currently it is out of stock. I really like the product and want to buy it. Is that possible?

3. I have ordered a product. How long will the shipping take?

The shipping takes generally 3 -5 working days. However, on rare circumstances products will be delivered within maximum 10-15 days subject to location.

4. I have placed an order but I don’t want it anymore. How to cancel the order?

In case we receive a cancellation request from you within 24-Hrs of placing the order and the order has not been processed by us, we will refund the entire amount to you via the original payment method. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us. In that case, after you receive the product, you can place a return request to us.

5. I want to return a product. How do I do that?

MyMom offers its customers a ’15 DAYS FREE RETURN SERVICE’ wherein you can raise the return request of a product within 15 days of its delivery. We accept partial return wherein you can raise a return request for any one product in you order.

  • 4. We will Refund the cash via the original payment method. Please Note: Shipping Charges and COD charges are not refundable.

In the rare case we can't pick up the item from your location you can ship it back to us on the address mentioned in your invoice through a courier service of your choice. We will reimburse the return shipping charges up to 10% of the product price or Rs.100, whichever is lower. To ensure that we can identify and track the product(s) returned by you, please do inform us of the name of the courier company and the courier tracking number/ AWB number/ Docket number. Please note that we will not be able to initiate the refund process, if we do not have these details. 6. Which items are not eligible for exchange or return?

No Exchange/ return requests are accepted for the below mentioned Categories of Products:

  • 1. Bath & Skin Care
  • 2. Baby Diapering
  • 3. Feeding & Nursing
  • 4. Baby Food & Food Supplements

Exchange/ return requests for the above mentioned categories are only accepted in rare cases when:

  • The Customer receives wrong item.
  • Product is damaged, out of date or with manufacturing/processing defects.

7. How will I receive the Refund?

The receipt of your refund entirely depends on the mode of payment that you had opted for.

  • Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking - Either reverse credit to the credit card or debit card or credit in your net-banking account would be initiated.
